Unlike the NB205-N310 which runs on Windows XP, The NB205-N330 will ship with Windows 7 Starter Edition. The NB205-N330 also has a larger 250GB hard drive. Toshiba claims that it will offer up to 9 hours of battery life.
The device will be available from October 22nd, the launch date of Windows 7. Toshiba’s decision to go with the Windows 7 Starter Edition has helped keep the price down. Actually the NB205-N330 starts at $399.99. On the flip side, the Starter Edition doesn’t offer many features found in the higher end versions of the OS.
